Payment

Payment Cards

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We charge the amount when we ship the product, or

  2. The money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only charged to your card when the product is shipped.


Shipping

Shipping is handled by the following companies:

PostNord, Bring, GLS, and DAO.
Prices for shipping are shown when ordering and depend on the weight of the goods.

Shipping prices increase in the following intervals:
0-1kg, 1-3kg, 3-5kg, 5-10kg, 10-15kg, and 15-20kg.

A can typically weighs about 500 grams with packaging.
A T-shirt typically weighs 300 grams with packaging.

The weight of the product will appear on the product page.

Delivery time varies depending on the provider and location, but expect delivery within 5 days after shipment.

Shipment depends on the store's opening hours and possibly holidays, but all packages are shipped within 4 days unless otherwise stated.

A tracking number will be sent by email if supported by the provider.

Remember that cans should be refrigerated upon receipt and kept chilled until they are consumed. It is not recommended to drink them directly from the delivery box as they may be shaken.


Right of Withdrawal

 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If you ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to SharktorBrewing@gmail.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the product without informing us.

Cans that have been opened and tasted cannot be returned if they are not to your taste, but if there is a defect in the content of the can, send us an email and we will make it right in some way.


Returns

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the Product when Returning

If the product has lost value due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you can only get part of the purchase amount refunded. The amount you can get back depends on the product's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the product.


Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the product has depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notice that you wish to withdraw the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the product, unless you provide us with proof of having returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address or to a pickup shop within 3 kilometers.

You can also withdraw the purchase by informing us and delivering it personally at the address above by arrangement.


Complaints

When shopping with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in secure packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for sending it so we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the product, please include a detailed description of the issue.

If you are shopping as a business, we reserve the right to repair the product, for example, instead of exchanging it.


Complaint Access

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you should contact SharktorBrewing@gmail.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus.

In order to complain, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. A fee applies to have the complaint processed.

When shopping at an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-mærket, regardless of the amount. Read more here.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and forward the personal information that is necessary to deliver the product to you.

The personal data is registered with SharktorBrewing.dk and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process the data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

The data controller at SharktorBrewing.dk is Christian Kristensen.

You have the right to be informed about the data we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
